Item #1- Problem mortgages hit new high at 14 percent. The foreclosure crisis will not peak until next year. What is the Obama administration doing about it? See Item #2.
Item #2- The Obama administration is trying to reinflate the housing bubble by underwriting loans at quadruple the rate of three years ago and offering easy loans in the country’s most expensive real estate markets. This coming on the news that the Federal Housing Authority might need a bailout. Money for nothing and the rent is free. This is what caused the housing bubble to burst in the first place. Putting people in houses they can’t afford. Change you can believe in?
Item #3- This is the way “tax and spend” Democrats think. There is $200 billion of unspent bailout money. Instead of giving it back to the taxpayers, Democrats are fighting Democrats on how to spend it. Some want to “pay down the deficit” that they created. Talking about getting screwed twice. Taxpayers were robbed of billions of dollars. It was paid back only to have the robbers take it again. Change you can believe in?
Item #4- Both parties are attacking Obama on the economy, jobs, unemployment and a range of other items. Maybe that’s why President Zero’s approval rating is below 50 percent?
Item #5- Obama celebrated, in grand fashion, Communist China and the Muslim’s Ramadan with huge White House galas. In honoring the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah, Obama cut the dinner celebration in half. Wonder whose side he is really own? Heaven forbid he pisses off those radical muslim terrorist [sarcasm]. As Kanye West would stand up and say: “Obama hates Jewish people.”
