Delusional Nancy Pelosi: “Drain the swamp we did, as this was a terrible place”

This is another reason Botox is dangerous. It can make you delusion. Nancy Pelosi is claiming she drained the swamp of corrupt politicians. This comes on the day Democrat Charlie Rangel reached a deal on his ethics violation charges. They should be call criminal charges because what he did was criminal, not ‘ethics violations.’ 

Rep. Charlie Rangel has reportedly reached a deal on ethics charges that will avoid a public trial that could have hurt his party ahead of the fall elections, according to New York City news media.

Wait for it…wait for it…here it comes….

Minutes before the WCBS report, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) defended her caucus’s record on ethics. She said Democrats had implemented ”the toughest ethics reform in a generation” when they took over the House in 2006.

At the same time, she said her pledge to “drain the swamp” did not mean individual ethical lapses by Democrats would not occur under her watch. 

“Drain the swamp we did, as this was a terrible place,” Pelosi said at her weekly press briefing. “We made a tremendous difference, and I take great pride in that.

“Are there going to be individual issues to be dealt with? I never said that there wouldn’t be. But we have a process to deal with them and it would be internal and it would be external.”

I guess Democrat Steny Hoyer’s comments made Pelosi’s Botoxed-face crack a few wrinkles.

I guess Democrats not reading the bills they sign into law is fine by Nancy’s standards. I guess the lies and bribes that were witnessed by all Americans is fine by Nancy’s standards. I guess forcing Americans to buy health insurance or face a fine/tax is fine by Nancy’s standards.

We need to drain the swamp called Congress by demanding term limits for these Congresscritters. Since the Pelosi-Reid regime took control in 2006, we have seen Democrats deeply tied to corruption and ‘ethics violations.’ William Jefferson is a Democrat who was charge with fraud and bribery. Chris Dodd had his “sweetheart deals” from Countrywide. And we can’t talk about corruption without mentioning Jack Murtha.

Then again, Pelosi’s leader, Barack Hussein Obama, has staffed his entire administration with radical cronies who failed to pay their taxes as well. They were never brought up on ‘ethics violation’ charges and were given jobs. Tax cheats Timothy Geithner, Kathleen Sebelius, Hilda Solis all are employed while Tom Daschle and Bill Richardson withdrew their names.

Yes, it’s a mess and Pelosi is a part of it.
