Holder is nothing short of a clueless moron. Terrorists gave up any right to civilian justice when they waged their para-military terror attacks. We all know what would happen in civil courts with these terrorists. There would be show trials galore and many cases would be bogged down for years. No dice! Put these people before military tribunals and get it over with and the sooner the better! What part of “WAR on Terror” does Holder not understand? Obviously NONE of it!
