Obama and Hillary Defend Their Failed Middle East Foreign Policies

No hard questions about purposely lying to the American people about the YouTube video or the Benghazi cover-up or the secret arms deal that let weapons fall into the hands of al-Qaeda linked rebels. Just more media cheer-leading for Obama.
From The Hill:
President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton defended their foreign policy record in the middle East, saying in an interview aired Sunday that they wisely chose not to “shoot from the hip.”
In a joint interview aired on CBS’s “60 Minutes,” the president and secretary of State said the United States has not retreated from the world stage, a charge made by critics urging the Obama administration to do more to intervene in Syria and take a tougher stance with Egypt’s President Mohamed Morsi, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.
The Middle East is more dangerous under Obama than at any other time in recent history.
Obama cited both Egypt and Libya as instances where his administration played a leading role, saying that former Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi “probably does not agree with that assessment” of U.S. retreat.
Obama was pulled into the Libyan conflict after France and the UK were already there. Always leading from behind. How has that Libya deal worked out? Gadhafi is dead but now Islamic terrorists are in control.
“We do nobody a service when we leap before we look, where we take on things without having thought through all the consequences of it,” Obama said in the interview.
Except when the administration leaped to fraudulently blame a YouTube video for the attack and won’t allow more than 20 survivors to be interviewed. Egypt is controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood (al-Qaeda linked) and Obama sends them American F-16 fighter jets and tanks. Syria is in the midst of a civil war between President Assad and Syrian rebels. Iran is closer to producing a nuclear bomb and Northern Africa is now al-Qaeda’s headquarters. Americans have been killed by Islamic terrorists in Libya and Algiers.
Is this what “success” looks like under these idiots foreign policy.

Perjury: Hillary Clinton Claims She Did Not Blame YouTube Video for Benghazi Attack (Video)

Lying is a prerequisite for all in the Obama regime.
From Fox News:
[...]Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) pressed her on the anti-Islamic video that was originally blamed for the attack. “When you briefed us, you said unequivocally this was a result of a video and I remember in fact you got pretty upset about it when somebody suggested this was a terrorist attack.”
Clinton said, “I did not say … that it was about the video for Libya, it certainly was for many of the other places where we were watching these disturbances.”
Here is Hillary blaming the YouTube video, just as Obama did during his UN speech:
I guess perjury charges will be filed shortly.
Clinton Has Talked to Only 1 American Benghazi Survivor in 4 Months; Talked to None in Wake of Attack; Said FBI Needed to Question Them First

They’re not really trying to find answers. They’re just trying to stall the truth from escaping.
(CNSNews.com) – In the aftermath of the terrorist attack on the U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11, five State Department Diplomatic Security agents who were in Benghazi that day and survived the attack were evacuated from the country and taken to Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany.
All five had suffered from smoke inhalation, and one was seriously wounded.
Under questioning from Sen. Ron Johnson (R.-Wis.) in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Wednesday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton revealed that she has spoken to only one of the American survivors who was evacuated from Libya after the Benghazi attack. Presumably, this was one of the five Diplomatic Security officers who fought off the terrorists at the State Department’s Benghazi Special Mission Compound on Sept. 11 and who lived to be able to report as eyewitnesses about what had happened there that day.
The Obama administration has not yet publicly named a single one of these five surviving State Department heroes.
In fact, the only American witnesses to the Benghazi attack who have been named by the Obama administration are the four whom the terrorists killed–Amb. Chris Stevens, State Department Information Management Officer Sean Smith, and former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, who were working for the CIA, not for Clinton’s State Department.

How inept is she? What the hell is a “Marine house?” Why is she referring to a Hollywood movie during her testimony about the mistakes and lies surrounding Benghazi?

CBS’s Attkisson: Obama Admin. Has Stonewalled on Benghazi Since October…Refuses to Answer FOIA Requests

Cover-ups are fine with the liberal media as long as they are committed by like-minded Democrats.
From Newsbusters.org:
On Tuesday, CBS’s Sharyl Attkisson broke on Twitter that the Obama administration “has indicated that it will not be answering Benghazi question we’ve been asking since Oct.” Attkisson, who has provided hard-hitting reporting on the September 11, 2012 Islamist attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya, listed many of the questions that the executive branch has yet to answer about the story.
The journalist noted in a later Tweet that “CBS News FOI’d Benghazi info from State Dept, CIA, FBI and Defense Dept. None has been provided.” Attkisson also pointed out a false claim by the administration:
Additionally, CBS News has repeatedly requested the promised surveillance video from Benghazi but it has not been provided. We’ve also asked for any White House photos taken that night, as well as an accounting of Pres. Obama’s decisions and actions. None has been provided….At a press conference 11/14/12, President Obama stated that his Admin. has provided all info regarding ‘what happened in Benghazi.’
Attkisson is one of the only MSM reporters who reported on Fast & Furious. She also so some very great questions that the White House and Hillary won’t answer…
[...]What time was Ambassador’s Stevens’ body recovered, what are the known details surrounding his disappearance and death, including where he/his body was taken/found/transported and by whom?
Who made the decision not to convene the Counterterrorism Security Group (CSG) the night of the Benghazi attacks?
We understand that convening the CSG a protocol under Presidential directive (“NSPD-46″). Is that true? If not, please explain. [If] so, why was the protocol not followed? Is the Administration revising the applicable Presidential directive? If so, please explain.
Who is the highest-ranking official who was aware of pre-911 security requests from US personnel in Libya?
Be sure to check out the 22 questions Attkisson would like answered>>>
Clinton Publicly Linked Benghazi to Video Before Woods and Doherty Were Killed
Posted in Political Issues, tagged 9/11 attack, Al-Qaeda, Benghazi, CIA, cover-up, Glen Doherty, Hillary Clinton, Libya, Libyan rebels, MPADs, Qatar, State Department, Tyrone Woods, US weapons, YouTube video on January 9, 2013 | Leave a Comment »
The cover-up continues to be exposed. The Obama regime lied..time and time again. They hid links to al-Qaeda. They secretly agreed to let US arms fall into the hands of al-Qaeda linked Libyan rebels (via Qatar). Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were looking for these weapons. They were killed due to Obama and Hillary’s incompetence and lust to arm Islamic terrorists.
On the night of Sept. 11, 2012 — before former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were killed by a terrorist mortar strike — Secretary of State Hillary Clinton released a public statement linking the attack against the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, with an anti-Muslim video, which she referred to as “inflammatory material posted on the Internet.”
Clinton’s statement, still posted on State’s website, is dated Sept. 11, 2012, and headlined: “Statement on the Attack in Benghazi.”
The statement first notes that a State Department officer had been killed in Benghazi — an apparent reference to Information Management Officer Sean Smith, whose body had been recovered at the U.S. mission in Benghazi by U.S. security officers by about 5:30 p.m. Washington, D.C., time on Sept. 11 — or 11:30 p.m. Benghazi time.
The statement then talks about Clinton’s communications that night with Libya’s president and refers to what Clinton calls “inflammatory material posted on the Internet.”
“I condemn in the strongest terms the attack on our mission in Benghazi today,” Clinton said in the statement. “As we work to secure our personnel and facilities, we have confirmed that one of our State Department officers was killed. We are heartbroken by this terrible loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and those who have suffered in this attack.
“This evening, I called Libyan President Magariaf to coordinate additional support to protect Americans in Libya,” Clinton continued. “President Magariaf expressed his condemnation and condolences and pledged his government’s full cooperation.
“Some have sought to justify this vicious behavior as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet,” Clinton said. “The United States deplores any intentional effort to denigrate the religious beliefs of others. Our commitment to religious tolerance goes back to the very beginning of our nation. But let me be clear: There is never any justification for violent acts of this kind.”
[...]However, the Associated Press first published a story quoting Clinton’s statement at 10:58 p.m. Eastern time on Sept. 11.
The AP released a story that night datelined Cairo, written by Maggie Michael and Sarah El Deeb, and carrying the headline, “American killed in Libya protest over film.” The story noted that Clinton had confirmed that “one State Department officer had been killed in the protest at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi.” It also quoted directly from Clinton’s statement: “Some have sought to justify this vicious behavior as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet.”
The Associated Press’ Media Relations office confirmed to me that the AP first published its version of this story quoting Clinton’s statement at 10:58 p.m. Eastern time on Sept. 11.
A CIA timeline of the Benghazi events provided by a senior U.S. intelligence official, the Senate Homeland Security Committee’s report on Benghazi and the State Department’s own Accountability Review Board Report all indicate that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were killed at the U.S. “Annex” in Benghazi sometime between about 5:14 a.m. and 5:26 a.m. Benghazi time on Sept. 12. That would be between 11:14 p.m. and 11:26 p.m. on Sept. 11 in Washington, D.C. — or at least 16 minutes after the AP reported Clinton’s statement.
NBC’s Top Science Reporter Questions Hillary Clinton’s Suspicious Blood Clot Treatment Story
Posted in Political Issues, tagged Benghazi, BenghaziGate, blood clot, blood thinner, Hillary Clinton, Robert Bazell on December 31, 2012 | 5 Comments »
It’s a vast left-wing conspiracy to hide the truth about Benghazi and to keep Hillary from testifying under oath.
From Politico:
The top science reporter for NBC News raised questions Monday about Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s hospitalization, raising the possibility the blood clot causing isn’t linked to an earlier concussion.
“It’s not exactly clear what is happening with Secretary Clinton’s health,” NBC News chief science and health correspondent Robert Bazell said.
“All we have is a statement from her office. The hospital isn’t saying anything and the statement from her says that she had this blood clot that stemmed from the concussion and she’s being treated with blood-thinning drugs,” Bazell continued. “The problem is that usually when blood clots come from concussions, they can’t be treated with blood [thinners.] So either it’s not really related to the concussion and she’s got a blood clot in her leg or something, or there’s something else going on that we’re not being told. And right now, we’re just sort of seeking that clarification and hoping for the best as she’s being observed.”
