Item #1- Michelle Obama made dusk visit to Great Mosque of Granada during Spanish trip. Come on. Don’t read much into this. All Christians visit Mosques. It’s a habit that’s hard to break.

Item #2- Lame Duck Scare for Union Pension Bailout. Another taxpayer bailout to bail out the assholes who help Obama get elected. How is that spread the wealth economy working taxpayers?

Item #3- CNN Falsifies History of Muslim Domination of Spain, Shills for Islam. Lied about what happened in Cordoba, Spain when Muslims attacked Christians. Progressives do love their revisionist history.

Item #4- Obama is trying to pull a ‘Rev. Wright’ to save the Blue Dogs? It’s all a ploy to get Americans distracted from the failing economy and high unemployment. It’s a Saul Alinsky tactic folks.

This is the Muslim loon who is seeking funds to build a mosque two blocks from Ground Zero. Maybe Nancy Pelosi should ask for an investigation into this asshole instead of innocent Americans who are opposed to the location of the mosque and are using their 1st Amendment rights.

Pelosi Calls for “Opposition to Mosque Funding” Be Investigated

In a radio interview good ol’ Nancy Pelosi says there needs to be an investigation into who is funding the opposition to the Ground Zero Mosque. I find this interesting in the extreme on many levels.

What do her powers as Speaker of the House impart? She can subpoena folks I guess. But why? What does it matter who is against the Ground Zero Mosque and why they are against it? Investigate? What, folks having an opinion? Free people banding together to work for or against a public policy issue worthy of “investigation” is it?

If I didn’t know better I would swear this is Democrat Pelosi trying to imply some criminal wrongdoing. Are free men to infer we are under suspicion of some evil for not agreeing with Democrats, which is odd because bunches of them don’t think the Cordoba Mosque should be built at Ground Zero.

Also, readers might wanna read up on a tad bit of history.

Islam touts their religious struggle, their “jihad” as it were, proudly in their history. Look it up. For example, doesn’t the word “Cordoba” sound almost Spanish? It sure does and in fact is the name of a Spanish region and town in southern Spain. Still not making the connection, huh?

Spain was occupied by Muslims after the fall of Rome and held until they were finally ousted in 1492. The battle of Tours in 732 stopped the northward and eastward advance of Islam through Europe as they tried to conquer Europe via northern Africa through Spain.

The great Cordoba Mosque in Spain is a monument to the successful jihad of Muslims over the Christian infidel.

Now, given the facts, why is the Ground Zero Mosque to be called the “Cordoba Mosque?” Think for a second. Don’t strain your brain now.

Is there any chance at all the Mosque at Ground Zero is having the moniker “Cordoba” on it any reference to “conquering” an enemy, or their territory? Gee, let’s put on our thinking caps. Muslim’s have, anciently speaking, always immediately put up Mosques in conquered lands – it’s part of their MO as it were.

Figures…Obama Supports Muslim Mosque near Ground Zero

Is this the fundamental transformation Obama spoke of?

Honestly, did anyone expect something different? Obama has kissed the ass of Muslims since being selected. Remember all the bows and how about his claims that Muslims are a part of American history. All politically correct bullshit to appease a group of extremist who would love to destroy America.

The Washington Post reports:

President Obama on Friday forcefully joined the national debate over construction of an Islamic complex near New York’s Ground Zero, telling guests at a White House dinner marking the holy month of Ramadan that opposing the project is at odds with American values.

“Let me be clear: as a citizen, and as president, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as anyone else in this country,” Obama said at a White House iftar, the traditional breaking of the daily Ramadan fast.

“That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in Lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances,” he continued. “This is America, and our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakeable.”

Obama expressed sympathy for the families of those killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks by al-Qaeda terrorists purporting to act in the name of Islam. But he told the gathering that included Muslim and other religious leaders that blocking the mosque, as some leading Republicans have angrily demanded, would undermine the country’s claim to respect the free practice of religious expression.

The president’s statement puts him once again at the center of a cultural clash just as his party enters the final stretch of a difficult congressional campaign. Polls suggest that most Americans disagree with his position; a recent CNN poll found 68 percent opposed to building a mosque near the Sept. 11 site.

Obama being on the opposite side of the majority of Americans? That has been the case during his entire reign. Why should Americans be tolerant to a religion that hates tolerance? Again, the student of history is a blatant moron and sides with a religion he claimed was his. The painting of Islam and Muslims as an important part of America is nothing but appeasement being heaped out by Obama.

Ground Zero Mosque – Why it’s Called “Cordoba House” (Video)

Cordoba (Spain) was captured by a Muslim army in 716. I’m sure there is nothing in the name or so that’s what these radical Muslims will want you to believe. Now I wonder what the symbolism is behind placing a Muslim Mosque near the site that the followers of Islam destroyed.
