The results of multiculturalism: Barbie in a Burkha

Nothing says Barbie like oppression. It looks like the world’s most famous plastic doll has been hit by the multiculturalism bug. Barbie has become a victim of sharia law and has been force to put on a burka. Since Barbie and Ken aren’t married, I wonder if she will be buried up to her head and stoned to death by the village elders?

One of the world’s most famous children’s toys, Barbie, has been given a makeover  – wearing a burkha.

Infidels not included!

Wearing the traditional Islamic dress, the iconic doll is going undercover for a charity auction in connection with Sotheby’s for Save The Children.

More than 500 Barbies went on show yesterday at the Salone dei Cinquecento, in Florence, Italy.

Makers Mattel are backing the exhibition which is the work of Italian designer Eliana Lorena.

The auction is part of Barbie celebrations for her 50th anniversary this year. The UK’s biggest Barbie fan Angela Ellis, 35, has a collection of more than 250 dolls.

The company director of Laird Assessors from The Wirral, Cheshire, said: ‘Bring it on Burkha Barbie, I think this is a great idea.

‘I think this is really important for girls, wherever they are from they should have the opportunity to play with a Barbie that they feel represents them.

Nothing says oppression better than Barbie in a burkha.

Barack was Right About “Shovel Ready.” He was Just Wrong About Who Needs the Shovels

Wonder if Barack has a single clue? Even half a clue would be a revelation. Hell, when it comes to Barack, two neurons and one synapse would be a pleasant change of pace for what we’ve seen so far from him and his progressive minions. Meaning, does Barack have a clue the Shovel Ready projects he was referring to were the tools we would need to dig ourselves from the mess he laden us beneath?

Shovels are the tool of choice for this chore folks. Barack and his sycophancy have tried to bury us beneath regulation, Czars, arcane and idiotic proposals; a shoving down a nation’s throat things we screamed we did not want; an insistence that while the rest of the world abandons socialism as it’s bill comes due, yet here is the “Clueless One-in-Chief” trying to get us to swallow his foul vision.

Shovels are the only implement available to us to save ourselves from his antiquated and rather naive ideas. Have ya read the news out of Europe the last few months?

Multiculturalism is a complete failure. Socialism is one too. Look at the riots in Greece and France. Unions out of control and demanding their promised benefits even if it means the nation they demand them from will go belly up. Does any of this sound like sound governance?

It sounds like more of the same – petulance and demands, and all despite the clearly known facts that now that it has come time to deliver on the socialist promises made, the delivery is not only lacking, but non-existent!. And the US should jump on that broken down bandwagon now, despite all the undeniable evidence of total failure? And THEY accuse me and mine of being idiots? At least we who disagree are not advocating for running off the cliff like the Lemming crowd.

Western Europe is becoming a wasteland of promises. When people relied on their own industry and economy, they could mostly take care of themselves, but like fools they bought into the Socialist nonsense. France has announced they are doing away with 500,000 public sector jobs. In a reasonably small nation by comparison to the US, this is a huge disaster for the people. It is proof that when the piper demands payment, socialist government cannot deliver.
