Obama continues to reward those who helped him get elected.

A Saul Alinsky-tied group has been awarded a $56 million federal loan to start up a nonprofit health insurance company — one of several organizations across the country this week tapped to launch a new network of insurers under the sponsorship of the federal health care overhaul.

The Wisconsin group, Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative, was awarded the funding on Tuesday. According to the Department of Health and Human Services, the group is expected to provide coverage statewide within five years after starting on a smaller scale in early 2014.

But Americans for Limited Government President Bill Wilson questioned the group’s credentials — given its affiliation and lack of experience in the insurance field.

“The indisputable fact is that Common Ground was an outgrowth of the Alinsky operation in Chicago,” Wilson said. “We’re not giving money to a group with experience in health care issues or in setting up exchanges. … We’re handing the money to people who have been trained by arguably the single most expert individual on community organizing in the last 100 years.”

Common Ground, a Milwaukee group that dates back to 2004, is an affiliate of the Alinsky-founded Industrial Areas Foundation.

Cecilia Munoz is just another Obama radical who worked for Obama’s boss, George Soros.

Aaron Klein reports, via WND:

Prior to her appointment yesterday as the next director of President Obama’s Domestic Policy Council, longtime immigration reform advocate Cecilia Munoz served on the board of George Soros’ Open Society Institute.

Munoz also chaired the board of directors of the Center for Community Change, or CCC, a Soros-funded community organizing initiative whose board boasts activists from ACORN, MoveOn.org and other radical groups.

Munoz is currently the head of the White House office of intergovernmental affairs. She most recently worked for the National Council of La Raza, an open-borders group that lobbies for mass immigration and amnesty for illegal aliens.

The official White House statement announcing her new appointment yesterday noted Munoz’s previous work for both the CCC and Soros’ Institute.

“Over the past three years, Cecilia has been a trusted advisor who has demonstrated sound judgment day in and day out,” Obama said in the statement. “Cecilia has done an extraordinary job working on behalf of middle class families, and I’m confident she’ll bring the same unwavering dedication to her new position.”

Munoz’s new duties will include coordinating the policy-making process and supervising the execution of domestic policy in the White House.

While the White House release documented Munoz’s work for the CCC, the statement did not further define the CCC, which recruits and trains activists to spearhead “political issue campaigns” while advocating for more citizen involvement in community organizations.

Munoz worked at the CCC until late November 2008, when then-President-elect Obama announced Munoz had been selected for the position of director of intergovernmental affairs at the White House

The CCC bases its training programs on the techniques taught by radical organizer Saul Alinsky, with several prominent Alinskyites on the board that Munoz directed.

Saul Alinsky is smiling from hell as the liberal media and Democrats use his vile tactics…

I see Obama is sticking to the Chuck Schumer/DNC plan to paint Republicans as extreme and radical. Obama has the balls to call the Republican’s budget radical for making cuts that reduce the deficit while his budget almost doubles the national debt ($20.8 trillion) by 2021. Each year Obama is in office, $1 trillion plus is added to the national debt.

Obama’s spending is so radical that S&P downgraded U.S. credit outlook. We all know who the Saul Alinsky radical is.

PALO ALTO, Calif. — President Barack Obama said Wednesday that congressional Republicans are pushing a radical plan to trim Medicare and Medicaid, ramping up the rhetoric as he and Congress approach crucial decisions on spending and the nation’s debt.

“I think it’s fair to say that their vision is radical,” Obama told a town hall gathering at the headquarters of Facebook, the huge social network company.

“I don’t think it’s particularly courageous,” he said of the GOP plan to convert Medicare to a voucher program and make big cuts to the federal-state Medicaid program for the poor.

“Nothing is easier than solving a problem on the backs of people who are poor, or people who are powerless, or don’t have lobbyists, or don’t have clout,” Obama said.

That’s our class warfare President. Notice he didn’t mention his Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) that let’s a 15-person panel make cuts to Medicare without fear from the judicial branch.

Other Democrats have called the GOP plan radical, but the president generally has used less pungent language. Even as he sharply criticized the Republicans’ spending proposals Wednesday, he said he believes the two parties can reach an accord on long-range plans to cut deficits by about $4 trillion over the next decade.

Obama made the comments in a friendly environment — one with 19 million friends, in fact. He told Facebook employees and others watching online the nation must invest vigorously in education, clean energy and research that are vital to future jobs and a strong economy.

Making the case for his own deficit-cutting plans, Obama said that one way to trim health care costs could involve doctors sharing medical information on Facebook, the hugely successful social network.

Talk about radical. Exposing medical records over the internet on a social network. Facebook is one of the biggest pushers of Obama’s Kool-Aid. Now get back to playing your damn FB games Obots.

How to fight liberals is easy if you have experience. Just use facts and logic and liberals tend to do one of the following…if not both. First they will insult you in some way. If this fails, the race card will be pulled. This is what happens in all debates with a liberal.

Anyway, I found this article to be worth sharing.

David Kahane writes, via The Washington Post:

About this blog: David Kahane is a made-up persona – a Hollywood liberal who knows the secrets that lie deep in the hearts of the left wing and is more than happy to divulge them to aid conservatives in their battle for dominance. He provides his offbeat commentary for National Review online. Now he’s put his thoughts into a humorous guide, “Rules for Radical Conservatives: Beating the Left at Its Own Game to Take Back America,” recently released by Ballantine Books. Here, he reveals how conservatives – now that they have Obama and the Democrats on the ropes – can go for the knockout blow.

****************************

OK, you wingnuts, listen up.

Yes, I’m talking to you, the enemies of His Excellency Barack Hussein Obama II, Lord of the Flies and Protector of the Holy Cities of Honolulu and Chicago, now in full-throated revolutionary cry.

Just because you went ahead and elected the nation’s first Hispanic woman governor, the nation’s second Indian-American governor (and a woman at that), and not one but two black congressmen doesn’t fool us a bit. We know that, deep down in your incorrigibly racist, reactionary souls, you did that just to put us off our game. We’ll be ready for you next time.

Oh, wait – that’s what we said this time and look what happened. No matter. In the age-old struggle between good and evil, we have a secret weapon: you.

You don’t know how to fight, and even when you win, you don’t know how to finish the job.

That’s why I’ve gone and written one whole book called “Rules for Radical Conservatives” to teach you how to recognize us, understand us, and destroy us. Not because I want you to win, mind you, but because even Lucifer, to whom the Great Alinsky dedicated “Rules for Radicals,” likes an honest fight every now and then.

After a while, even a bunch of congenital whiners like us gets tired of doing our Bernie Bernbaum imitation from the Coen brothers’ greatest movie, “Miller’s Crossing,” bawling like babies when you get the drop on us and secure in the knowledge that unlike Tom Reagan, you won’t actually put us away in the end.

This isn’t the place to go into all the rules but please keep in mind at least these two basic precepts:

1) Principles, not programs. Stick to your guns: lower taxes, less regulation, less government. Imitate your hero, Reagan (Ronnie, not Tommy) and leave the social issues alone; after all, if you win, they’ll take care of themselves. Do not get into the weeds with us: as the products of prep schools, think tanks, the Ivy League and Morning Joe, we know everything there is to know about programs except why we should have them in the first place.

2) Treat us with the same respect with which we treat you, which is none. Our “fairness” mask slipped away some time during Bush’s second term, to reveal the absolute contempt in which we hold you. We are angry, unhappy people, at once at war with God, truth, justice, the American Way, and pretty much the entire Constitution, so why should we give you suckers an even break? We think lawyers are the solution to all life’s problems, since there’s always gotta be an angle somewhere, whereas you think God, four aces and a loaded .45 will pretty much see you through any eventuality, including us.

But, of course, you won’t. Your basic desire to beat your swords into plowshares and go back home to Cincinnati always takes over. Your appetite for the Fight – and, as Hillary Rodham entitled her Wellesley Alinskian thesis, “There is only the fight” – will wane.

Your innate craving to be loved instead of feared will kick back in and before you know it, John Boehner will be slapping Barney Frank on the back and heading off on a fact-finding junket together to Chris Dodd’s Countrywide-financed “cottage” in County Galway. By the time BO2 heads into the primaries against Evan Bayh and Dennis Kucinich, the entire RINO caucus will be cheering him on – anybody but Sarah!!

It’s written in the stars: Betelgeuse, to be specific. Because you’re never dead until you’re buried, and even then…

Radicals tend to associate with Radicals

Many people were tricked into believing everything Obama said. As John Kerry masterfully pointed out: “We have an electorate that doesn’t always pay that much attention to what’s going on so people are influenced by a simple slogan rather than the facts or the truth or what’s happening.”

That precisely describes weak-minded Obama voters who failed to gather knowledge about Barack Obama and what he stood for. The smooth-talking Chicago Jesus fooled 53% of the voters. The rest of us researched, listened and deciphered Obama’s actions, words and associations, thus we weren’t tricked.

20 months later, a majority of those voters see their vote for Obama as a major mistake. This is what happens when you vote for a guy without knowing much about him. Obama has continued to hide his radical past, his radical beliefs and his radical associations while proclaiming transparency is the game plan.

Kathryn Jean Lopez reports, via NationalReview.com:

Stanley Kurtz didn’t have to go to Kenya to figure out who Barack Obama really is.

Stanley Kurtz hit an Organizing for America nerve during Barack Obama’s campaign for president. Stanley, a Harvard-educated social anthropologist, is a senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center and has written for National Review and National Review Online for over a decade. When he started not only asking questions but digging into Barack Obama’s academic and activist past, the campaign tried to shut him down — literally, organizing a phone slamdown on Chicago radio.

Well, this still is America. And so Stanley has done what he is trained to do — research and present evidence to present a complete picture, in this case of the man who is currently president of the United States. The fruit of that project is a gripping, meticulous new book, Radical-in-Chief: Barack Obama and the Untold Story of American Socialism, which he discusses with me here.

KATHRYN JEAN LOPEZ: What is so bad about being a Radical-in-Chief?

STANLEY KURTZ: There are two key problems. First, Obama’s slow-motion socialism undercuts liberty and prosperity on behalf of a highly questionable view of fairness. Second, and at least as disturbing, Obama’s practice of disguising his ideological views is bad for democracy, which depends upon informed public choice.

LOPEZ: “Community organizing is a largely socialist profession.” How does one back that up? A lot of faith-based types could be described as community organizers, couldn’t they? And they’re not necessarily socialists. They certainly needn’t be.

KURTZ: If you define community organizing very broadly, you could include even conservative groups under its banner. From some perspectives, the Tea Party is a form of community organizing. But the community organizing I discuss in the book is a self-consciously radical tradition that flows from the early achievements of Saul Alinsky, along with the work of Students for a Democratic Society and the National Welfare Rights Organization in the early-to-mid 1960s. The leadership of these groups was largely socialist, and remained so as they moved into community organizing in the 1970s and beyond. More to the point, the community organizers who trained and worked with Obama were largely socialist, although they made a point of not advertising that fact. Even the Catholic Campaign for Human Development, a faith-based group that has done much to support community organizing (including Obama’s own early work), is an effectively socialist group, although it doesn’t say so directly. My book carefully unpacks a great deal of archival evidence to substantiate these claims.

LOPEZ: You wrote, “When I began my post-campaign research for this book, my inclination was to downplay or dismiss evidence of explicit socialism in Obama’s background. I thought the socialism issue was an unprovable and unnecessary distraction from the broader question of Obama’s ultra-liberal inclinations. I was wrong. Evidence that suggests Obama is a socialist, I am now convinced, is real, important, and profoundly relevant to the present.” Explain.

KURTZ: It takes a whole book to explicate that statement. But to be brief, when I first found programs from the Socialist Scholars Conferences Obama attended in New York in the 1980s, I saw a number of people who were later part of his political circle. I was particularly struck by the name James Cone, who was Jeremiah Wright’s theological mentor and the founder of black liberation theology. There were other talks on black liberation theology at those conferences as well. That meant Obama would very likely have known about Wright’s theology even before he met Wright, and would have recognized its socialist content. Following this trail, I discovered that many of Obama’s organizing mentors and colleagues in Chicago were prominent socialists, with ties to the group that had sponsored those early socialist conferences. The policy preferences, tactics, and strategies of these socialist organizers are recognizable in the administration’s conduct today. In fact, the Obama administration continues to coordinate its grassroots support through many of the same socialist organizers he worked with in previous years.

Obama gave millions of Americans another reason to dislike him. Obama is a self-admitted Star Wars nerd.

JudiMcLeod reports, via CanadianFreePress.com:

Chilling as it may be to hear the President of the United States of America resorting to the lexicon of Star Wars to gin up the crowds in Ohio, there is an upside.

Obama’s “The empire is striking back” speech yesterday is Marxism Dialectic 101—right there on YouTube as indisputable proof to teach your children.

Parents from coast to coast should use the 1-minute video of Barack Obama in Ohio to teach their children what a real Marxist looks like when the mask comes off.

“They’re fighting back.  The empire is striking back.  To win this election they are plowing tens of millions of dollars into front groups.  They are running misleading negative ads all across this country,” was Obama’s Sunday night screed in Ohio.

And get this beaut from a guy who refuses to produce his own credentials: “They (GOP) don’t have the courage to stand up and disclose their identity…they don’t have the gumption.”

“This isn’t just a threat to Democrats.  This is a threat to our democracy.”

Radio talk show giant Rush Limbaugh spoke on his show today about the pictures of Obama from the event on the Drudge Report.

“They look demonic and I don’t say this lightly,” Rush told EIB listeners.  “It’s surprising to see these pictures would be used.”

Marxism is demonic in its deceit.

One of its recognizable principles is the practice of its followers to to turn the tables around, blaming the enemy for the very things they have done and are doing.

Textbook example of Marxist lies by omission uttered from Obama’s lips. “The enemy is plowing tens of millions of dollars into front groups.”

That is precisely what Obama’s largest financier George Soros is doing, “Plowing tens of millions of dollars into front groups.”
