Steve Jobs was not only an inventor, he was a jobs creator. Despite his knowledge, Obama failed to take his advice and we all know how terrible the unemployment and economic numbers are. Jobs blamed Obama’s regulations and predicted his anti-business agenda would make him a one-term president.

Let all Americans hope this becomes reality.

Politico reports:

Steve Jobs told President Barack Obama he was “headed for a one-term presidency,” citing the U.S.’s competitive disadvantages with China and a “crippled” education system, a new biography of the former Apple CEO indicates.

“You’re headed for a one-term presidency,” Jobs told Obama in a meeting last year where he asserted that the White House needed to be more friendly toward business, according to the Huffington Post, which obtained a copy of Walter Isaacson’s forthcoming book, “Steve Jobs.”

Obama has been anti-business, unless a business gave millions to his campaign (see Solyndra, GM, Chrysler, Bank of American, Goldman Sachs, Tesla Motors, Fisker Automotive and GE).

Jobs also told Obama that “regulations and unnecessary costs” put the United States at a competitive disadvantage with China, where companies can build factories more cheaply.

Obama is only making things “fair.” Wonder if Obama will claim that Jobs is for polluting air and water, since he was against Obama’s regulations?

The recently deceased Jobs also told Obama that the education system was “crippled by union work rules,” according to Isaacson. Jobs proposed principals be able to hire and fire teachers based on merit, and to extend the length of both the school day and academic year.

Unions and liberal teachers are destroying the education system. Jobs obviously didn’t know that Obama is anti-school choice and actually said that testing makes school boring. This on top of Obama issuing waivers for schools to avoid the No Child Left Behind law because it shows that 82% of public schools are failing.

Jobs also suggested that Obama meet with several other CEOs who could talk about the needs of innovative firms, but in a characteristic huff, Jobs declared his intention to skip the event when the White House added additional names to the list.

Obama’s economic team has no real world experience, thus the reason unemployment has remained above 9% for almost three years.

Obama truly is one of the biggest frauds America has ever seen. The same man who gave a college commencement speech, where he attacked free speech and technology, is the same man who is flying to meet CEO’s of major technology firms. Hypocrite is easily spelled OBAMA.

From the Washington Post:

President Obama will fly to San Francisco on Thursday night to meet with a group of tech chief executives – including Apple’s Steve Jobs and Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg — in what should be one of the more friendly of his recent outreach sessions with business leaders.

But Mr. President. You said technology was a distraction. Isn’t this meeting destracting you from creating all those jobs you promised?

The event is being held at a private home and is closed to both the press and public.

Translation: Obama is begging for campaign donations.

Although some in the business world, such as the Chamber of Commerce, have long had tense relationships with Obama, the president has been popular in Silicon Valley.

He attended a major fundraiser last October at the home of Google executive Marissa Mayer and met with Jobs on that same swing. Schmidt campaigned for Obama in 2008 and has served as an informal adviser on economic issues since then.

Why doesn’t WaPo rant about the conflict of interest between Obama and Google?

White House officials said Thursday night’s meeting is mainly about Obama’s new innovation initiatives. Obama has promised to fund tax credits for research and development; to reform the bogged-down patent system; and to blanket the country with high-speed wireless Internet connections.

Translation: Obama is going to award his campaign donors with more of our money.

The efforts - including $18 billion for his wireless broadband plan alone – would create what he describes as a new infrastructure for the nation to better compete against other tech-geared nations.

…Along with Jobs and Zuckerberg, attendees at the meeting include:

John Doerr, partner, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers; Carol Bartz, president and CEO, Yahoo!; John Chambers, CEO and chairman, Cisco Systems; Dick Costolo, CEO, Twitter; Larry Ellison, Co-Founder and CEO, Oracle; Reed Hastings, CEO, NetFlix; John Hennessy, president, Stanford University; Art Levinson, chairman and former CEO, Genentech; Eric Schmidt, chairman and CEO, Google; and Steve Westly, managing partner and founder, The Westly Group.

Translation: Campaign donors.

Snidely Whiplash

Apple, GE and Microsoft are three very large business entities. Progressive’s rail on and on against big business, yet Apple, GE, Microsoft and others are rarely ever included in the assaults. Why?

GE is a huge conglomerate along the lines of Halliburton, yet GE and it’s bigwig Jeffrey Imelt are partners of Obama’s. How can that be? Partner in what, might one ask? Who knows…partner in bringing down the nation I guess. GE is a shaker and mover in the “green energy” thing, so maybe that’s it.

As for Apple, these cats are hugely successful. If I am not sadly mistaken Apple just reported record profits. Why aren’t lefties screaming bloody murder about it? I thought to hear them tell it corporatism is bad, bad, bad.

Microsoft is another mega franchise that seems to be free from the non-stop leftward assaults. When lefties get to denigrating anything and everything capitalist, I rarely hear Microsoft mentioned, if ever.

How about good old George Soros? He’s the 35th richest man on Earth. Know how he got rich? HEDGE FUNDS. Wait…I though hedge funds were problematic according to lefties? Ya know, Wall Street greed and all that? So what gives here? How do these four entities get off without a mention while Exxon and Wal-Mart are thrown under the bus at every turn?

Let’s see…. GE and Jeffery Imelt are “partners” in Obama’s “fundamentally changing America” – I guess they get a pass. Course, GE owns NBC which is oddly enough part of MSNBC, who carries the Obama/Progressive water. Hmmmm? So Microsoft and NBC merge…kinda…and they are the cheer leading squad for progressive politics. Too tough for me to cipher what it all means.

Doesn’t Apple sell products made in China, the Apple logo stamped on the products? Isn’t that “exporting jobs” as we hear so much about? And to the Chicoms at that? Bad Steve Jobs, Bad! Oh, never mind…he’s one of the lefty intelligentsia/glitterati, so he gets a pass.
