Keith, Keith, Keith. How are things working out for you over at Obama’s favorite, and real news, MSNBC? Like most Americans, I flip through the channels (when Fox is on commercial break) and stop by to visit your show every once and again. Ten times out of ten, I find you ranting about Fox News or one of their opinion show hosts.
Maybe this is why your ratings are so low. You are now in 3rd place, behind Nancy Grace, over on Headline News. Yeah, that Nancy Grace.
Maybe if you would take your coiffed head out of Obama’s ass long enough, you will see the light. Nobody in America wants to hear your tired, liberal rants anymore. It’s time to hang it up, Keith, and go back to ESPN full-time. (Does that count as an Obama “saved or created” job?)
Nobody is watching Oblurrman. Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck (at 5p.m.) and a slew of other Fox News shows kill Oblurrman. It really does suck to be a pretend intellectual and a pretend journalist.
The L.A. Times reports:
In the most desirable TV demographic of 25-54, which Keith will soon outgrow himself, “Countdown” lost 44% of its audience from the beginning of President Obama’s term until this year. It could have been worse — say, 45%.
Olbermann averaged 268,000 viewers last month in that sector. That’s just several thousand sets of those eyes more than Campbell Brown over on CNN. According to one count, Keith even finished in that time slow behind Nancy Grace. Nancy Grace!
And she’s on Headline News, Headline News, the repetitious TV channel the repetitious TV channel inflicted on all U.S. airline travelers within any boarding area around the clock so that when, at least an hour late, each person is finally crammed into plane seats between professional wrestlers, they actually feel relieved.
On the bright side, which everyone knows KO is fond of spotting, his MSNBC audience was only 696,000 viewers 24-54 behind O’Reilly, whose audience has grown 55%, according to Bercovici. Of course, it might be worse this month.
It’s like two ships passing in the night and then there is Olbermann, in his sinking dingy. I hope MSNBC pulls the plug on this blowhard. They won’t lose much…and nobody would notice anyway.
